The Challenge
Managing a sixfold increase in notification traffic while maintaining immediate delivery times and constant service quality. Execute the migration of notification services to the cloud without interruptions and ensure dedicated processing capacity for clients with occasional demand spikes.
The Solution
Implementation of Latinia’s solution for deployment on a new cloud infrastructure based on containers and Kubernetes to offer real-time notification services. The infrastructure, associated services, and availability are managed by the cloud provider, offering control panels to monitor and configure alerts on key metrics.
The Results
Service quality improves while costs are reduced, with processing times of 0.02 seconds per notification during transactional peaks and a 20% reduction in time per event.
