Fernández’s career is marked by his customer-centric approach, focusing on helping companies to enhance their processes through Digital Transformation. His expertise lies in the design and implementation of new projects, leveraging both established and innovative methodologies to exceed set goals. His project management skills are honed to extract the best from team experiences, aligning with industry best practices.
Before joining Latinia, Fernández served as a Presales & Solutions Specialist at PBS Group, where he led teams in understanding and meeting the business requirements of clients in both public and private sectors. His tenure at Oracle as a Senior Solution Engineer saw him demonstrating customer experience solutions and providing presales technical support.
His earlier roles at Sysde included Senior Business Consultant and Project Planification Consultant, where he developed and managed analysis for business opportunities and provided efficient resource planification for projects.
