Latinia, new Interbank’s technological partner to improve its customers’ communications

Lima, May 11th, 2021.- Latinia, specialized in Real-time decision and communication software products for the financial sector, has been selected the new technological partner by Interbank to improve communications with its more than two million customers. In this way, the vendor products specialized in filtering and real-time analysis of transactional events and customer intelligence data have allowed the Peruvian bank to get closer to its customers through critical notifications, “thus becoming a more efficient communication channel.”, according to the bank. Latinia’s critical event gateways allow its clients functionalities such as prioritization by services, avoiding loss of messages, total traceability of communications, as well as monitoring their status, being a product especially indicated for critical services that require one-time authentication passwords.

“During the pandemic, bank customers have skyrocketed their demand to receive financial content on their cell phones: monitor and control their finances through real-time information has become an issue that goes beyond financial information: it is something already vital, so we are pleased to have a client who has opted for this way of understanding the relationship with their clients”, according to Francesc Pérez, Latinia’s business director.
